About Us

Towards Your Goals Coaching was a creative venture borne between two friends passionate about applying top level research and experience towards organizational transformation and spreading the values and benefits of wellness across the dimensions of interpersonal, intrapersonal, community, and societal health. We have put ourselves through college while also caring for children, living with ADHD, or both. We know from lived experience what it is like trying to attain success in parenting, family, educational attainment, and work while managing ADHD and seemingly impossible levels of responsibility. We have lived through it, and then went back to develop a high level of excellence and mastery in the spaces of skill development, wellness, and coaching - we are ready to help YOU attain your goals, leading you from a space of empathy, understanding, and persistence.
